Crypto investors must still complete the same KYC/identity verification as other investors.

Handles overall development and strategic direction for all major projects, including real estate investments, construction projects, and franchising models. Data collected under Mystard is shared only within the group for operational purposes.

8.2 Prisma 67 SA de CV

Data is collected for mortgage pre-approval, document upload, credit profiling, and secure financing. Prisma 67 uses AI automation and secure portals to manage your data.

8.3 B7 Capital Inc.

Handles private and institutional investments. Investment intent data is stored internally and may be used for future offerings, Class A/B share allocation, or communications.

8.4 Mystrella Inc.

Provides marketing, CRM setup, automation, and AI tools. Your interaction with forms, emails, and websites may be managed by automated agents. All activity is logged securely.

8.5 Next Fit LLC

U.S.-based property sourcing and real estate investment platform. Leads and property data are stored for project analysis. U.S. regulations apply to tenants, lenders, and investors.

8.6 Muyalta Project

For real estate fractionalization:

  • We collect only essential investor data to complete onboarding.

  • Minimum investment: $250,000 USD (or crypto equivalent).
