6.2 Partner Agreement – Ticket MUYALTA Investor

This agreement formalizes participation in the MUYALTA Project with a $250,000 USD capital contribution.

🤝 What This Agreement Covers

  • Total Investment: $250,000 USD

  • Capital Use: 100% of funds applied toward MUYALTA Building #1 construction

  • Disbursement Control: Funds are held securely by TLA International Title & Escrow Services Mexico

  • Capital Return Strategy:

    • Monthly passive income begins at project stabilization

    • 85% of net monthly rental income redistributed to partners

    • Option to exit or remain in the project at refinancing (Month 48)

    • Fixed profit-sharing on net refinanced amount (bonus)

🏗️ Security Terms

  • Capital disbursed only under:

    • Verified contractor billing

    • Construction milestones completed

    • Direct escrow requests signed by project manager

  • Investor’s name is recorded on the MUYALTA registry as a primary contributor

  • Full transparency dashboard is available upon request
