💸 1. Where does my investment go?
Your full investment is sent to:
TLA International Title & Escrow Services – Mexico A trusted third-party escrow firm that controls and safeguards the capital. Funds are only disbursed based on pre-agreed construction milestones.
🧾 2. Is MUYALTA legally registered?
Yes. MUYALTA is developed by:
Mystard SA de CV (RFC: MYS200610FD1)
Fully incorporated and tax-compliant in Playa del Carmen, Mexico
Holds an active construction license with the Municipality of Solidaridad
📅 3. When do I start receiving income?
You will start receiving monthly passive income approximately 14–16 months after construction begins, once all units are furnished and rental-ready.
Income will be distributed monthly for 48 months minimum, with the option to extend your participation.

100% licensed and legally approved before fundraising
Construction backed by a fixed-price 12-month contract
Funds are never sent directly to the developer
Investor receives income before the company profits

🔄 5. Can I exit the project early?
No early exits are permitted during the construction and stabilization period (first 16 months). At Month 48, you can:
Exit and recover capital + refinancing bonus
Or stay in and continue receiving monthly distributions
🧮 6. What’s the expected ROI?
Our current projections target a 30–40% net return over 48 months, combining monthly income + refinancing payout. Actual income may vary depending on occupancy and market performance.
💰 7. Are there taxes on my income?
Mexico does not withhold taxes on foreign investment income sent abroad. You are responsible for declaring and paying taxes in your home country.
🌎 8. Can non-Mexican citizens invest?
Yes. MUYALTA is designed specifically for international investors. No need to own Mexican residency or open a Mexican company. All paperwork is issued in English and/or bilingual formats.

Held securely in escrow (TLA)
