The first MUYALTA building in Playa del Carmen serves as our flagship and proof of concept.

🌆 Annual Replication Strategy

Starting in 2026, MUYALTA will begin a 1-building-per-year rollout, following the same legal structure, marketing logic, and escrow disbursement model. Each new project will:

  • Use our core suppliers (Delta, Metaltech, Thermorock, Ascentec)

  • Be permitted before fundraising begins

  • Be offered to existing partners first (pre-reservation rights)

  • Maintain investor protections and Gantt-linked construction control

Target Cities: Tulum, Mérida, Querétaro, Puerto Escondido, Guadalajara, San Miguel de Allende, Mazatlán
