We’ve worked with hundreds of buyers — and we’ve heard every question under the sun. Here are the most common ones (and the ones you're probably thinking about too).
🌍 11.1 – Do I have to be in Mexico to use your service?
No. Many of our clients start their search remotely. We conduct the needs analysis via Zoom, handle the property research, and coordinate virtual visits or video walkthroughs until you're ready to travel.
When you are on-site, we take care of everything: visits, transport (Gold package), and coordination with the Notary and legal team.
💵 11.2 – Is my payment secure?
Yes — and your refund is guaranteed upon closing.
Your payment is treated as a retainer, not a final cost
Once you complete your purchase, we refund 100% within 24 hours of the Notary signature
Everything is outlined clearly in our service agreement
You’re never paying for nothing — you’re paying to be protected, guided, and served.
🧾 11.3 – What if I already found a property myself?
Great! We can step in and help you:
Confirm if the property is legally safe
Negotiate the best terms
Prepare your offer
Coordinate due diligence with our legal team
Finalize the Fideicomiso and Notary closing
You’ll still get the benefit of expert support — and still be eligible for a refund if the transaction closes.
⚖️ 11.4 – Can I use my own lawyer or Notary?
Yes. You’re always free to use your own legal team. However, we strongly recommend working with our verified partners, especially if you're not familiar with Mexican property law or the Fideicomiso process.
We’ve vetted every Notary and lawyer we refer — and we’ll still coordinate everything for you, even if you choose someone else.
🏘️ 11.5 – How do I know you’re not recommending overpriced properties?
Because we don’t work for the seller.
We receive no commissions from developers or listing agents — and we actively search across all agencies and off-market deals.
If a property is overpriced or suspicious, we’ll tell you directly. We’re your partner — not your salesperson.
