3. Confidential Information

CRM access or screenshots
Private documents shared via Notion, GitBook, or email
Lead data and investor profiles
Workflows, SOPs, AI integrations, and pricing structures
4. Obligations
The Partner agrees:
Not to disclose confidential information to any third party
Not to replicate, reproduce, or copy any business structure
Not to compete or solicit directly any Next Fit investor or referral for personal gain
To notify Next Fit of any breach immediately
5. Exceptions
This Agreement does not cover:
Information already in the public domain
Information shared legally by third parties
Required disclosures by law or court order
6. Duration
This Agreement shall remain in force:
For a period of 5 years from the Effective Date
Or until released in writing by an authorized representative of Next Fit LLC
7. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
