6. Pricing Transparency

Let’s be honest — the real estate industry is filled with hidden fees, split loyalties, and murky commissions.

At Mystard, we do things differently.


💼 6.1 – We’re Paid from the Buyer-Side Commission

When you buy a property, the seller (or the developer) usually agrees to pay a commission. This commission is traditionally split between:

  • 🏢 The listing (seller’s) agent

  • 🧍 The buyer’s agent (that’s us)

We use a portion of that buyer-side commission to refund you 100% of your package retainer — so your end cost is zero.

💡 You are not double-paying.

You only pay upfront to retain our services. Once the deal closes, we refund you that exact amount — because we’re compensated through the transaction itself.


❌ 6.2 – No Seller Commissions. No Developer Kickbacks.

We do not receive:

  • ❌ Incentives from developers

  • ❌ Bonuses to sell certain units

  • ❌ Commissions for pushing exclusive listings

This means:

  • We are not tied to one agency, one seller, or one project

  • We don’t upsell you

  • We negotiate against the seller — on your behalf

When we present a property, it’s because it fits your needs, not because it earns us more commission.
